I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Follow these steps to reset your password:
  1. Click the "Sign In" button in the header
  2. On the login page, click "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter your email address
  4. Check your email for a password reset link
  5. Click the link and create a new password

If you don't receive the email within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

I forgot my username/email address
Your username is the email address you used to register

If you can't remember which email address you used to register, please contact our support team with:

  • Your business name
  • Your liquor license number
  • Your contact phone number

We'll verify your identity and help you recover your account.

I'm having trouble logging in
Common login issues and solutions

Check your email address

Make sure you're using the same email address you registered with. Email addresses are case-insensitive.

Verify your password

Passwords are case-sensitive. Make sure Caps Lock is off and try copying/pasting your password.

Clear your browser cache

Sometimes cached data can cause login issues. Try clearing your browser cache or using an incognito/private window.

Account not approved yet

New wholesale accounts require manual approval. You'll receive an email once your account is approved.
